I have checked each contractor onsite and ensured they are compliant in Rapid Global.

I understand that all events and hazards must be reported and I know how to contact my SHEQ Advisor.

I have completed my Start Card.

I have a JSA in place, or if I am performing high-risk construction work, I have a SWMS in place.

If the above are not complete or missing, you must use your STOP WORK AUTHORITY.
